Why we created The Van Platform
Real companies.
Real people.
Real work.
Much of office work is about to disappear with AI. But there are always services people need. They give a person with good hands an opportunity for the future.
Every service company runs on the same office.
A plumber, a window cleaner, an electrician: the trade differs, the office around it doesn't. Getting found. Answering. Quoting. Planning. Invoicing. Following up. That office is where most small van companies lose their evenings, their margin and often their nerve.
The Van Platform is the engine of service companies. It runs that whole office, from the ad to the call afterwards, so the person in the van gets a proper schedule and does the work.
Trust is the product.
A customer cares about one thing: can I trust them? On time, as agreed. Easy to reach. Never overbilled, because the price is agreed first. The work done well, with proof. Everything on the platform is there to keep those four promises.
Trust is also how a company grows. The customer whose leak you fixed asks the same company for the electrician. A brand that keeps its promises in one city can go to the next.
A brand, a city, a team.
We build companies as a brand in a city. The brand carries the name, the look, the prices and the formula. The city carries the people and the vans. What works in one city is repeated in the next, the way a good formula should be.
Only vans.
We only work with van services. Not with trading, startups or manufacturing, and not with full renovations, general contracting or complex construction. We are for the people who love to drive around in their vans making people happy, and for the operators who run them: jobs a good person with a van can do well, at a fair price, again and again.
A serious choice.
Starting a company is a real decision, with real money and your name on the van. So we start small and honest: a plan first, free, where you see your brand, your market and your numbers before you commit to anything. Then your first city, when it feels right.
