What we collect
- What you type in the idea field and the plan forms: your idea, trade and city.
- If you apply for a job or a branch, or start a pilot: your name, e-mail address, what you can do and your city.
- The pages you use, through one essential session cookie that keeps your plan together. It is not used to follow you around.
- Statistics about how visitors use the site (which steps they reach) are only collected after you agreed to it in the cookie notice.
Why we use it
- To build your brand plan and answer your application (performing what you asked us to do).
- To improve the site and the plan flow, from aggregated numbers (only with your consent when it needs cookies).
- To keep our accounts and meet legal duties, once you become a founder on the platform.
Who sees it
The platform team, and the processors that run it: hosting [hosting provider — to be decided by Luc], e-mail delivery [provider — to be decided by Luc] and the AI model that drafts your plan [model and location — to be decided by Luc]. We do not sell your data. Where a processor sits outside the EU we say so here before we use it.
How long we keep it
- Applications and plans that do not lead to anything: 12 months after the last contact, then deleted.
- If you become a founder: for as long as you work on the platform, and invoices and accounts for 7 years after (Dutch tax law).
- Statistics: in aggregated form only, without your name or e-mail.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (AVG) you can ask to see your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy you can take elsewhere. Send your request to the privacy contact above; we answer within one month. If you disagree with how we handled it, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
